TERMS OF USE — REDRAW

Introduction

Welcome to Redraw. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, along with all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing the Redraw website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, which constitute a legal contract between you and Redraw AI Solutions LLC (“Redraw”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Redraw is an artificial intelligence platform specialized in rendering for architects and interior designers, allowing you to transform projects by generating realistic images in seconds.

ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.

Changes to the Terms

Redraw reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing updates to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Coin System

The Coin system, adopted by Redraw as of April 15, 2025, provides flexibility for users, allowing each to use resources according to their specific needs.

How the Coin System works

Coin Allocation: All paid Redraw plans include a monthly balance of Coins, as specified on the pricing page. The Free Plan offers an initial balance of Coins, which may vary as determined by Redraw, as a bonus.

Using Coins: Coins are consumed when using platform features, with each feature having a specific Coin cost that will be clearly indicated before use.

Validity and Restrictions: Coins do not roll over from one month to another for subscription plans. After a subscription ends, any unused Coin balance will be forfeited. Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.

Balance Management: Users are responsible for managing their Coin balance and using them within the functions available in their plan.

Plans and Subscriptions

Free Plan

The Free Plan grants users an initial balance of 20 Coins after completing account verification. This plan has limitations, including:

Generation of only one image at a time
All generated images include a Redraw watermark
Advanced features are unavailable
Coins are not automatically renewed once exhausted

Paid Plans

Paid plans offer different amounts of monthly Coins and access to advanced features. Subscribing means recurring payments according to the selected billing cycle until the user requests cancellation.

Subscription renewals are automatic and will occur until the user expressly cancels renewal through the platform. We do not offer refunds for renewals that have already been processed.

Payment Platforms

At its discretion, Redraw may use different platforms for payment processing and subscription management, including but not limited to Stripe and Hotmart. Each platform may have its own policies regarding billing, cancellation, refunds, automatic renewals, and data processing, which should be reviewed by the user at the time of purchase.

By contracting through one of these platforms, the user acknowledges and agrees that the specific terms of that payment solution will complement these Terms of Use, and there may be variations regarding deadlines, support methods, and applicable procedures.

Redraw recommends that users review the terms and policies of the chosen platform at the time of purchase to fully understand the agreed conditions.

License to Use

Permission is granted to download and use content generated through Redraw according to the terms of the contracted plan. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

Modify or copy any code
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the license to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

Ownership of Generated Content

Intellectual Property of Generated Content: Users hold the rights to images and content generated through the Redraw platform, according to their subscription plan, while respecting the restrictions described in these terms.

Access and Use of Content: Access to and use of generated content may vary according to the subscription plan. Images generated under the Free Plan contain a watermark and have additional restrictions.

Permission for Redraw: By using our services, you grant Redraw permission to use, anonymously and non-exclusively, the generated images for educational, research, marketing, and platform improvement purposes.

Third-Party AI Features

Redraw may provide features that use Artificial Intelligence technologies supplied by external partners, such as image, video, or other visual content generation. The user acknowledges and agrees that such content is generated automatically, without prior curation by Redraw, and that the platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, adequacy, legality, or results produced by third-party AIs. The user is fully responsible for analyzing, interpreting, using, and validating the generated content, as well as for any rights violations or legal breaches arising from its use.

Disclaimer

Redraw is an AI-based image generation service. Users have full freedom to define the generated content within legal and ethical boundaries. We do not take responsibility for results that may be considered offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to Redraw’s policies.

Redraw explicitly rejects any content that:

Promotes violence, discrimination, hate, or prejudice
Contains pornography or any form of exploitation or abuse
Violates third-party intellectual property rights
Is illegal under any applicable jurisdiction

Redraw reserves the right to limit or block access for users who violate these restrictions.

Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

The materials and services on Redraw’s site are provided “as is.” Redraw and its licensors, suppliers, partners, parent entities, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and each of their respective directors, members, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns (Redraw and all such parties collectively, the “Redraw Parties”) make no representations or warranties concerning the Services, including, without limitation, any Content contained in or accessed through the Services. The Redraw Parties shall not be responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Services, or for any claims, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Services.

The Redraw Parties make no representations or warranties about suggestions or recommendations of services or products offered or purchased through or in connection with the Services. THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED BY REDRAW (AND ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS) “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL ANY OF THE REDRAW PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR:

(A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, WORK STOPPAGE, SECURITY BREACHES, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER OR DEVICE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION;

(B) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, TECHNOLOGY, OR GOODS;

(C) ANY AMOUNT, IN AGGREGATE, THAT EXCEEDS THE GREATER OF: (I) TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY US DOLLARS ($250.00); OR (II) THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID AND/OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO REDRAW IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE APPLICABLE CLAIM;

(D) ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING FAILURES OR DELAYS RESULTING FROM ACTS OF GOD, NATURAL DISASTERS, PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS, PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCIES, ACTS OF GOVERNMENT, TERRORISM, RIOTS, EMBARGOES, ACTS OF CIVIL OR MILITARY AUTHORITIES, FIRES, FLOODS, ACCIDENTS, STRIKES, OR SHORTAGES OF TRANSPORTATION, FUEL, ENERGY, LABOR, OR MATERIALS; OR

(E) ANY CLAIM RELATING TO: (I) CONTENT PROVIDED BY ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY; (II) ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN BY YOU BASED ON CONTENT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES; (III) YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS; OR (IV) VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Refund and Guarantee

Redraw guarantees that users will receive access to the software without complications and that we will provide all necessary support for using the contracted plan.

Users have the right to request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription, provided they have not used more than 30 Coins available in the plan. This guarantee only applies to the initial subscription and does not extend to subsequent renewals.

Privacy

Redraw values your privacy. To understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes related to these terms or Redraw's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Florida, USA.

Intellectual Property of Redraw

Redraw AI Solutions LLC is the exclusive owner of the Redraw software, registered as a computer program in Brazil (INPI Certificate No. BR512024001958-8), and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws and international treaties.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, content, and any other creations protected by copyright, are the exclusive property of Redraw.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Redraw’s services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration proceeding will be conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or collective arbitration proceedings. All legal actions must be conducted on an individual basis, not as part of a class or consolidated action.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, you and Redraw agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Compliance with Data Laws and DMCA Procedure

Data Protection

Redraw complies with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), among others.

Users have specific rights regarding their personal data, which may include the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to processing. To exercise these rights or to obtain more information about our privacy practices, please contact us at: suporte@redraw.pro.

Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringements. We reserve the right to (1) block access to or remove material we believe in good faith is copyrighted and has been unlawfully copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users, and (2) remove and terminate service for repeat infringers.

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through the Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of), please send a copyright infringement notice containing the following information to Redraw’s Designated Copyright Agent:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed;
Identification of the copyrighted works or materials being infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail to allow Redraw to locate and verify their existence;
Contact information of the notifier, including address, telephone number, and, if available, email address;
A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material identified is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Children’s Privacy Protection

In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Redraw’s services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not attempt to register or use the Services in any way.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers as soon as possible. If you believe a child under 18 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at suporte@redraw.pro.

Account Inactivity

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be deactivated at Redraw’s discretion. In such cases, users will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Account reactivation may be subject to additional verification.

Sanctions and Geographic Restrictions

Redraw may be unavailable or have limited functionality in countries subject to U.S. sanctions or other legal restrictions. The use of our services must comply with all applicable export laws and sanctions.
